1. Introducing the UK Job Fair 2007/活动简介
         Would you like to recruit highly skilled graduates who have studied internationally into your organization? Do you want to improve your company’s brand awareness and reputation among the overseas students community? Kaplan ACE, NCUK and The University of Manchester (Optional Stop) are launching an exciting new recruitment fair in partnership with and The University of Manchester enabling organizations to meet with up to 2500 Chinese students studying at The University of Manchester and neighboring universities across the UK. The Chinese Graduate Fair will take place in Manchester, UK on 28th November, 2007.
您希望聘请一些高素质的国际化人才服务于贵公司吗？您希望提升贵公司在海外学生团体中的品牌知名度和美誉度吗？这是一个不容错过的良机！由楷博教育、英国北方大学联合会和曼彻斯特大学/利兹大学主办的一场大规模的“中国毕业生英国校园招聘会”将于2007 年11月28日至2007年11月29日在曼彻斯特大学校园内举行(可选站);届时将有近2500名就读于两所大学与英国北方大学联合会的17所成员大学的中国学生参加此次招聘活动。

In China, we will invite 20-25 companies to participate in this event. Below are some requirements of the companies:
我们将邀请20-25家中国企业参加本次活动.  他们将是:

  • Type of companies: Any local or international company which are interested to hire fresh-graduates with international educational background;

公司类型:  愿意招聘应届本科及硕士毕业生的中国本土公司或跨国公司. 

  • Business field: Related to engineering, IT, business, marketing, finance, banking, accounting, entrepreneurs and manufacturing.

行业要求:  工程, IT, 商务, 市场, 金融, 银行, 财务, 企业管理与生产制造. 

2. The All Inclusive Package/ 给您提供的服务有：

  • An entry in UK Job Fair @ Manchester Fair Guide to promote your organization and your vacancies;

为贵公司提供参加此盛会，推荐贵公司服务和职位空缺的机会。

  • Interview Sessions are arranged following the Fair day for you to have further individual communication with possible candidates;

一对一面试机会帮助您进一步了解并锁定理想人选；

  • Corporate Presentation Session for you to promote your company and improve your brand awareness;

安排专门的公司品牌推广讲座，提升贵公司在海外学生群体的知名度；

  • Free vacancy profile on our websites;

      在网上免费宣传各个参展公司的资料和职位空缺；

  • A 3m wide x 2m deep stand at the fair

为每一家参展公司准备一张 3米长 x 2 米宽的架子（易拉宝）。

  • Shell scheme – Quality exhibition panels with your organization’s name and stand number displayed above your stand

在每个摊位上清楚标明贵公司的名字和摊位号码。

  • One table and a minimum of 2 chairs

 一张桌子和至少两张椅子。

  • Assistance on arrival and departure with loading and unloading equipment

主办方也会在参展公司抵达英国时给予各方面的协助。

  • Lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day；

       大会将会提供免费午餐和茶点。

3. Publicity to Students /对海外学生群体的推广：

Over 4,000 leaflets will be circulated across Manchester and other NCUK member university campuses to students in advance；
将把超过4000张传单派给英国北方大学联合会大学和曼彻斯特大学/利兹大学的学生们；

Group-emailing to all NCUK members notifying them of the fair
将通过网络通知所有英国北方大学联合会大学和曼彻斯特大学/利兹大学的学生们。

The Careers Service will deliver workshops to students at The University of Manchester to prepare them for the fair
学生职业辅导部将会在曼彻斯特大学/利兹大学内为学生先举办一个介绍此会展的讲座。
The Fair’s website will be available to students before the event allowing them to access your information beforehand ensuring visitors are well informed, better prepared and better placed to follow up their visit with an early application
大会也为此次会展设立了一个网站，以便学生能随时登入，并能更早地了解到各个参展公司的资料。除此之外，学生也能通过此网站更早的向有关公司提出工作申请;

4. Job Fair materials / 参展材料:
Will be prepared by each company (These materials need to be checked by career consultants from Kaplan ACE).
将由各个公司负责提供。在参展前，所有参展材料必须让楷博的职业咨询师过目。

5. Visa Application/ 申请签证：
Kaplan ACE and NCUK will issue invitation letters to these companies and we will assist the companies to apply for the visa.
楷博教育、英国北方大学联合会将为参展公司准备一份邀请函，并将协助参展公司申请签证。

6. Expenses / 费用支付:
The companies which are willing to join the job fair should pay for: 
参加这次英国曼彻斯特大学校园招聘会的公司需要支付:

  • Exhibition Fee 展位费: About RMB3000 per stand;
  • Round-trip Air ticket  往返机票: About RMB7000;（部分500强企业免往返机票费）
  • Accommodation  住宿费: About RMB 1000 per day
  • Food and refreshment餐费: About RMB 500 per day（所有企业免餐费）
  • Visa fees  签证费: About RMB 1200
