System Architect
Responsibilities:
Put the necessary structure, process and people in place to proactively deal with performance, security, scalability, installation, maintenance and serviceability issues of a sophisticated software product (see www.8manage.com or www.8manage.cn).

Requirements:
1、BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience in software/IT industry
2、Minimum 5 years of experience of developing software products using JAVA, JDBC, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and JSP.
3、Demonstrated ability to deal with performance, security, scalability, installation, maintenance and serviceability issues.  Having the know-how on DB scalability is a plus.
4、Understanding different technologies such as MSDN, MS Exchange, Single Sign-on, LDAP, Window/Linux, and Oracle/MS-SQ.
5、Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate components effectively in a high performance multi-tier architecture system.
6、Demonstrated ability to function as a system architect to lead a team of 15 or more.
7、Experience on open sources such as Tomcat, Struts, Hibernate, Ant and Taglibs is required.
8、Strong communication (verbally and written) and people skills.  Having good English skill is a plus.
9.、Must have the ability to deal with both speed and quality at the same time.

Senior Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
1、Proactively conduct research and analyzing various technologies to be integrated into the company products –project management software (8thmanage)
2、Follow company's product management, project management and software development processes to deliver quality products within schedule
3、Lead communication efforts to ensure common and clear objectives and adequate coordination and cooperation for teamwork

Requirements:

1、Excellent in both English writing and speaking
2、Bachelor or MS in Computer Science with 2+ years of experience in software/IT industry
3、Minimum 2 years of experience in developing web applications using JAVA, JDBC, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and JSP
4、Experience on open sources such as Apache, Tomcat, Struts, Hibernate, CVS, Ant and Taglibs is required; Must familiar with their usage and configurations;
5、Familiar with different technologies such as InstallShield, SharePoint, TeamTrack, MS Exchange, MS Project, Single Sign-on, and LDAP
6、Good understanding in internet, network; experience in using Window/Linux/Unix, Oracle/MS-SQL
7、Demonstrate ability to develop and integrate components effectively in a high performance multi-tier architecture system
8、Must have the ability to work with aggressive timelines, milestones and targets.
